Prof. Štefko Miklavič received Žiga Zois certificate of recognition

Prof. Štefko Miklavič, PhD, from University of Primorska, a GReGAS member, have received Zois certificate of recognition for outstanding achievements in mathematics.

The main research area of Prof. Štefko Miklavič is algebraic graph theory, which includes Terwilliger algebras of distance regular graphs, Q-polynomial distance regular graphs, graph covers and the structure of symmetric graphs.

In the last 7 years he published 27 scientific papers in established international mathematical research journals with impact factor, where he was an only author of 8 papers, while other papers are published with coauthors. His work was admitted in Slovenia and internationally. His scientific achievements are innovative and have applicative value.
